Happy Christmas! 

I’ll be back next week with meal plans, and a plan to get in shape for the 10K I’ll be be doing in February. I’ve done 3-5K’s so figured I should up my game for the next one but now I’m wondering what I’ve got myself into….

But I’m also looking forward to getting over my fear and doubt to see what I can accomplish.
